Terms of Service

The terms for using images-26.org, including accounts, credits, payments, acceptable use and what you can do with your images.

Acceptance Of Terms

By using images-26.org (the “service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The Service

The service lets you make and edit images, and make animated GIFs and SVG files, in your browser using OpenAI’s Images 2.6 model. Results depend on the model and on your prompt, and we can’t promise that any particular result will be accurate or suit your purpose.

Not Affiliated With OpenAI

The service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. “ChatGPT” and “OpenAI” are OpenAI’s trademarks.

Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits

Each run uses credits, and the cost is shown before you start.

  • Welcome credits. You get 20 credits on sign-up, valid for 365 days.
  • Check-in credits. Daily check-ins give credits across a 7-day cycle, valid for 30 days.
  • Pay-once credits. Credits bought in a one-time pack never expire.
  • Monthly credits. Credits on a monthly plan are granted each billing period.

Failed Runs

If a run fails, is blocked by the model’s safety filter, or doesn’t finish within 15 minutes, its credits are returned to your account automatically.

Payments And Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card is handled by Stripe. Your statement shows a generic name, “AI Studio”, rather than our domain. For payment problems or refund requests, email support@images-26.org and we will review them.

Monthly Plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create or upload:

  • illegal content;
  • sexual content involving minors;
  • images of real people without their consent;
  • content that impersonates a person or organization.

You also agree to follow OpenAI’s usage policies. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

We add no watermark. You may use what you make commercially within these terms and OpenAI’s usage policies. You are responsible for what you create and for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload.

Service Provided As Is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes To These Terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
