What to write to us about

• Credits that look wrong, or a run that used credits and gave you nothing.
• Payment problems and refund requests, which we review.
• Cancelling a monthly plan.
• Deleting your uploads and results.
• Privacy or legal questions.
• Reports of abuse.

What to include

A few details help us find the right account and run:

• The Google email address you sign in with.
• For a run: the mode, the prompt, and roughly when you ran it.
• For a payment: the date, the amount, and the last 4 digits of the card if you have them. Your statement shows a generic name, “AI Studio”, rather than this domain.

Before you write

If a run fails, is blocked by the model’s safety filter, or never finishes, its credits come back automatically, so check your balance first. For anything about ChatGPT or your OpenAI account, please contact OpenAI, because this site is independent and not affiliated with it.
